Little Owls staff are highly experienced and qualified in childcare, all are first aid trained and have a clear enhanced DBS check with the police.

Continuous Professional Development

All staff are required and supported to continue their professional development by attending training. Regular in-house training is also provided by the head to support the team to make the provision an effective place for children to learn and develop.

Key Person

All children are assigned a key person during the admission process. This person forms a special bond with your child and assesses your child’s development progress throughout their time at Little Owls Pre-school.  Your child’s key person will be available to talk to and help you, whenever the need arises.
