Continuous Professional Development
All staff are required and supported to continue their professional development by attending training. Regular in-house training is also provided by the head to support the team to make the provision an effective place for children to learn and develop.
All children are assigned a key person during the admission process. This person forms a special bond with your child and assesses your child’s development progress throughout their time at Little Owls Pre-school. Your child’s key person will be available to talk to and help you, whenever the need arises.
